Trainings and stages
1- Take the non-restricted training
(Canadian Firearms Safety Course)
2- Take the the restricted training
(The Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course)
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS AND OLDER TO TAKE THIS TRAINING.
3 – Apply for a possession and acquisition permit
(PAL or CAFC 921) for restricted and unrestricted firearms under the Firearms Act (for individuals 18 years of age and over).
Mandatory form: Deposit in person (SQ 3007)
4 – Complete the BILL 9 competency test
Provincial test to join a shooting club in Quebec.
5 – Become a member of a club
1 – Follow the CFSC and IHF training if you want to hunt
